Latest Updates from Our Project:

Surveys Activated
over 4 years ago – Fri, Jul 10, 2020 at 04:57:46 PM

Attention Rockhopper Crew;
It’s time to start collecting shipping information and getting shipping costs in order. Our pledge manager, BackerKit, should have sent you an email directing you to your survey. If you have not used BackerKit before here is a brief run down of how the pledge manager process works :

1.) You will be sent a survey via the email you used during the Kickstarter. The survey will allow you to choose your pin(s) and print(s) as well as collect data pertaining to your customized stat card, print and pin.
2.) It gives you the opportunity to add extra items onto your pledge such as additional pins or prints.
3.) It will collect your shipping address and payment information.
4.) Credit Cards will not be charged immediately. BackerKit will collect everyone’s information, and then when we are ready we will lock orders and charge cards for shipping and any additional add ons. Until we lock orders you will be able to edit and change your order and information as you need. We are approving final pin designs now, and working towards completing the manufacturing process.

Lastly, for our Rockhopper Captains, we will be sending out an email asking for more information regarding your custom print, pin, and stat card. Please be sure to respond with that information ASAP.

If you have questions, comments or concerns please feel free to DM us or send us an email at [email protected]

COVID & Logistics Briefing
over 4 years ago – Thu, Apr 09, 2020 at 07:53:58 AM

Attention Rockhopper Crew:

Thank you for your patience as we decipher communications revolving around the ultra-microscopic infectious agent on planet Earth known as COVID-19. We sincerely wish everyone stays safe and secure during this unpredictable time. If you're currently on the surface of Earth, please remain indoors and refrain from touching your face.

Our most recent interactions have left us feeling hopeful that we are not far off from our original ETA of May, 2020 for the completion of the Rockhopper's first mission. If the mission is delayed, it won't be by much and you'll be kept in the loop.

In the meantime, we were successful in the retrieval of these inventory samples. We are overall thrilled with the quality, but Lockhart has requested that a few adjustments be made to truly capture his likeness.

We have received word from our superiors that we are expecting surveys to be sent out soon. These surveys are meant to help with shipping logistics, adding on inventory as well as taking extra information for the Captains of the ship who are receiving personalized wooden pins and documentation. You'll be receiving invitations for these surveys via your provided address of online correspondence.

As always, thank you for your hard work and dedication. Stay posted for further information.

The Rockhopper has LANDED!
over 4 years ago – Mon, Feb 24, 2020 at 01:05:49 PM

Thank you all so much!

You've made this journey an exceptionally pleasant one. Only one person got space-sick. Well done!

THANK YOU, LOYAL ROCKHOPPER CREW!

While the Kickstarter campaign comes to a close, the BackerKit will soon be launching. Once there, you can make changes to your pledges if you so desire. You can add more, but not less. There will be plenty of stuff available, including some new things entirely! Your cards will be charged, you'll get a survey to fill out, and you'll provide your shipping address.

The matter of naming our friendly alien is still at large. Use this top secret link, and submit your ballot. Choose wisely!

Give me an Earth name!

For Captains, you will be receiving a special survey as we need to collect photos from you for your specialized custom pin. We will also need your stats and we will provide you with a special move and short bio.

J-0 Noe Aitch is a Cyborg Engineer made for Jon Ritter-Roderick as part of the Captain pledge tier

Lastly, our sensors indicate that there has been an ultra-microscopic infectious agent on planet Earth that is interfering with our communication with China. This a very serious matter and we are monitoring the situation closely. Good luck, Earthlings! We are currently unsure of how this will affect the completion of our mission, but will keep the crew posted with any pertinent updates.   While it's been a wild ride, the adventure doesn't stop here. This is merely the beginning!

All the best,

Alyssa + Nick

Repurposed Space Waste & A Sticky Situation
over 4 years ago – Mon, Feb 10, 2020 at 03:20:58 PM

Despite Lockhart's rough exterior, he's a bit of a sentimental and is quite fond of his new crew members on The Rockhopper. To signify the turning of a new leaf, he had these badges of his friends made out of the wreckage of The Unapproachable. Isn't he just the sweetest? (Don't tell him we said that though.)

Whole crew together at last.
A little sunbathing never hurt any space explorers.
Nieve being the goodest dog in the whole galaxy.

These pins will be available after our mission in the BackerKit pledge manager for $10 each or $60 for the 8 pin set!

The Doomsday Dilemma also left around a good amount of cosmic dust, and that stuff sticks to EVERYTHING. If there is one thing the crew of The Rockhopper has learned on their expeditions, it's when life gives you sticky situations, make stickers! These cosmic lil' cuties will come FREE with every shipped Kickstarter pledge if we hit our stretch goal of $4,000

Cosmic Baby sticker!

You Woke the Baby!
over 4 years ago – Wed, Feb 05, 2020 at 03:59:28 PM

Cosmic Baby, the ultimate baddie. Maybe? While the Cosmic Baby has been legend for centuries, there have been supposedly some firsthand accounts over the past 60 years. Mostly regarded as half-truths or FULL ON LIES, the stories never gathered much attention. That all changed when Cosmic Baby made themselves known to the entire universe while also throwing everyone into absolute peril. Was it their fault? Absolutely. Was it on purpose? We don't think so. Nevertheless, this is one baby you probably don't want to babysit.

Now that the Cosmic Baby is revealed, there is a BRAND NEW COMBO TIER! For $80 you can have 1 of EACH PIN plus an additional signed print. The print can also be manually added to any pledge for an additional $10. If pledged for each item separately you would be on the hook for a whopping $26 more than this cosmic combo. Safe travels!
